We are studying the book of Joshua to see by his example how we can

How to deal with fear and anxiety

How to become over comers

Joshua teaches us how to deal and cope with the everyday junk

that life throws at us,

In short its all about how to “Equip ourselves for life”

The evening is informal and we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We will only spend one hour in study and open discussion allowing for our minds to take and hold the things we have learnt from Joshua.
